Is it safe to send my credit card information to MyFlatScreenTVS.com over the Internet?

Does MyFlatScreenTVS.com sell or release my personal information?

What happens if an item is out of stock or backordered?

All orders not in stock at time of order will be placed on backorder and the customer will be notified as soon as possible, usually within 2 - 3 days after order is received. Customer will then have the choice of: (1) Cancelling or modifying the order,  (2) Waiting for the order to be shipped or (3) Under certain circumstances, we may be able to offer our customers another product of equal or greater value. Backorders will automatically be filled as the product becomes available.

If my order is damaged in shipment do I have to accept it?

No. Do not accept an order that is damaged in shipment. The shipper will be return it to the warehouse and a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible. If the damage is concealed and not evident when it is received and you open the box, you will have to file a claim with the shipping company. In either case, please contact MyFlatScreenTVS.com and we will everything we can to help you with the process.
